What do I need in order to use CMS Connect?

A high speed Internet connection.  Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2 or greater.  Running reports requires Adobe Reader or Acrobat.


How much does CMS Connect cost?

Standard pricing is only $20.00 per month and a one time set up fee of $20.00.  For more information on pricing please call or email your Business Development Support Representative.


Can I make database changes using CMS Connect?

Yes. You will have the ability to change any database information including passcards, zones and call list information.


Can I set up new accounts on CMS Connect?

Yes. You have the ability to copy a new account from a zone template or you can add a new account from scratch.


How do I login to CMS Connect?

The login address for CMS Connect is https://www2.cms-connect.com/.


Can I filter my event history?

Yes. We can provide you with a list of definitions of each report code. You will then be able to tell the system to show you only the events that you are interested in.
