ATTENTION DEALERS! It has been reported that end users using Brighthouse phone service have had missed auto tests. For resolution in all cases Brighthouse applied a “DTMF Patch” in the cable modem. It’s very likely that this condition is affecting other Brighthouse/Time Warner customers. If you have customers who are experiencing missed auto tests, and are using Brighthouse or Time Warner phone service, please contact Brighthouse or TimeWarner to remedy the issue.
