14th Annual Call Center Awards!

Help us CELEBRATE!  Today we’re congratulating our awesome Monitoring and Dealer Support Reps for their hard work!  They helped us win two awards at this year’s Call Center Awards… 1st place in the category “Greatest Job Cretaing a Culture that Inspires World-Class Excellence” and runner up in “Best Performance Acting on the Voice of the Customer and the Voice of the Social Customer.  Way to go crew!!!!

Jennifer has been the Marketing and Communications Manager with CMS for over 3 years. She works closely with the executive team and helps communicate with dealers, including information on new services, CMS events and other noteworthy happenings within the CMS family.
